Recharged Emails In Our Ops Metrics Application

The Ops Metrics module enables tracking of custom metrics, KPIs, and goals by the entity and designated entity leader to drive operational integration of key functional process expectations in areas like safety, quality, and compliance.

We are excited to announce the release of our newly enhanced email notifications for the Ops Metrics application module. These notifications have been carefully crafted to deliver a more seamless and engaging user experience that blends actionable insights with polished, clear, actionable content and an engaging, modern look.

Key enhancements include improved readability, optimized layouts, and intuitive, easy-to-access links that drive immediate action. Our goal is to ensure that every email delivers the most relevant information in a clear, concise format, making it easier for users to stay informed and respond promptly.

Disclosure Director Updates

We are pleased to share our latest round of monthly releases for our Disclosure Director application, which are focused on usability/workflow enhancements and specialized features.

Build custom Disclosing Entities/Hierarchies to create specific disclosures for various sub-segments of your organization and align with requirements for different voluntary and regulatory frameworks.

  • NEW Updates to KPI Data Import, which allows you to import data by sub-metric and manage imports for different entities within your organization, including enterprise entity roll-up and disclosing entities.
  • New Self-Service Data Mapping Interface: Configure your own data sources and mappings for each KPI from Sustainability Reporting, including custom expressions and calculations for metrics like percentages and ratios.
  • Introducing the New Framework Library Page: Easily define which frameworks your company plans to report to and configure options for each.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new Default Start Page for Benchmark Gensuite Home, designed to provide both first-time and occasional users with a landing page that is easy to navigate and get started.

This exciting update is the result of careful consideration of customer feedback, with the goal of creating a modern, uncluttered, and user-friendly interface.

Key Features of the Default Start Page:

  • Clean, contemporary design that is accessible and visually appealing
  • Streamlined layout, with minimal links or options, to ensure a focused and user-friendly experience
  • Three default sections: Start Record, Take Action, and Look up – all 3 components can be configured on a subscriber-specific basis (including fewer components if desired)
  • Access to Ask Genny in the bottom right corner with the option to pin it

Options to configure the page to add personalization or meet unique business requirements or include:

  • Incorporating your company’s logo
  • Revising the available panels
  • Adding a watermark image
  • Customizing the links shown in the Access Card
  • And more!

NOW AVAILABLE! Benchmark Gensuite® Contractor Training LMS

We’re excited to announce the launch of the Benchmark Gensuite® Contractor Training LMS, designed to empower businesses to address all contractor training requirements when engaging contractor firms.

Key Features of the New Contractor LMS Include:

  1. The ability to manage all aspects of contractor training, from adding courses and assignments at the contractor firm and employee levels to tracking course completions and generating certificates.

  2. Contractor LMS Dashboard: Accessible directly from the Contractor Manager, this new dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of open training requirements, contractor firm employees, and available training courses.

  3. Data Mining Reports — Separate reports are available within Contractor LMS, such as data mining reports for tracking completion status, E-Test reports, and contractor employee reports.

  4. Contractor Firm Employee Training Status — Users can easily track the training status of contractor firm employees, including past-due, current, and upcoming training requirements, by accessing the employee LMS dashboard.

Streamlined Tracking with Safety Observation History Details

The Safety Observations module in the Benchmark Gensuite® Safety Suite digitizes the behavior-based safety (BBS) observations process, with pre-defined risk categories and associated safe and at-risk behaviors or conditions, and real-time trend and insights reporting.

Inspired by valuable feedback from one of our subscribers, we are excited to announce the introduction of a new feature – the Observation History Log, to help users easily track and manage updates to safety observations. With the update, users can easily monitor all additions and edits to each Observation record, view this detailed log of updates directly on the observation’s View page, and print it if needed.

Manage Attachments for Apps by Site

We recently added a new scalable configuration feature to our System Management solutions to manage restricting attachments for apps by site.  Attachments can be configured to restrict usage on a per-site and per-app basis. If an app is selected to be restricted, then no attachments can be added to that app for the specified site. This gives businesses the ability to manage attachments more precisely at the app/site level.

Key Feature Functionalities:

  • Business administrator control to manage/restrict attachments for specific apps.
  • Flexible app-based configuration to allow for flexible, app-based scope adjustments to attachment restrictions.
  • Restricted attachment submission for tools selected in the “Restrict Attachments for Selected Applications” field.
  • Cross-platform consistency of restrictions across both Desktop and Mobile platforms.
