Key Changes in OSHA Reporting Requirements
Here’s a brief overview of the major changes that are now in effect:
- Earlier Submission Deadline: The deadline for submitting injury and illness reports has been moved up to March 2nd.
- Mandatory Electronic Submission: All covered employers must now submit their injury and illness data electronically through the OSHA Injury Tracking Application (ITA).
- Detailed Data Requirements: Employers with 100 or more employees in specified industries are required to submit detailed information from the OSHA 300 Log and Form 301 incident reports.
- Expanded Industry Coverage: Additional industries, including logging and taxi services, are now under the purview of electronic recordkeeping requirements.

- CSV Data Generation: As of this year, our Incident Management tool now supports generating and downloading OSHA 300 and 301 data in CSV format. This update aligns with OSHA’s new reporting specifications, allowing for a streamlined process right from your dashboard.
- Enhanced Data Management: In the coming months, we will introduce advanced filtering options and direct CSV editing capabilities. These enhancements aim to provide more efficient management of your data, ensuring you can adjust and respond to reporting requirements with ease.
