At Benchmark Gensuite, our commitment to ethical, responsible business doesn’t stop at our own walls — it extends to every partner, vendor, and supplier in our global network, across all jurisdictions in which we operate.

This Global Supplier Code of Conduct reflects the minimum standards we expect of all suppliers, contractors, consultants, and service providers, and other third parties who work with us. We share it openly because accountability starts with clarity. Suppliers are expected to comply with this Code and to implement comparable standards within their own operations and supply chains.

01 — Compliance

Legal Compliance

Suppliers must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Where local laws are less restrictive than the standards outlined in this Code, Suppliers are expected to adhere to the higher standard.

  • Maintain all required licenses, permits, and certifications
  • Operate in accordance with applicable trade, export control, and sanctions laws
  • Conduct business in a lawful, ethical, and transparent manner

02 — Safety

Health, Safety, and Well-Being

Suppliers must provide safe and healthy working conditions and take reasonable measures to protect the physical and psychological well-being of workers.

  • Comply with applicable occupational health and safety laws
  • Implement policies and procedures to identify and mitigate workplace hazards
  • Maintain emergency preparedness measures
  • Encourage reporting of unsafe conditions without retaliation

03 — People

Human Rights and Labor Standards

Suppliers must respect internationally recognized human rights principles, including those reflected in the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and applicable International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions. Suppliers are expected to implement appropriate due diligence to identify and address human rights risks within their operations.

  • Prohibit forced labor, bonded labor, prison labor, and human trafficking
  • Prohibit child labor in violation of applicable laws and international standards
  • Provide fair wages and working hours in accordance with applicable law
  • Ensure equal opportunity and prohibit discrimination, harassment, and retaliation
  • Respect lawful rights of freedom of association and collective bargaining

04 — Environment

Environmental Responsibility

Suppliers are expected to conduct operations in an environmentally responsible manner. Where feasible, Suppliers are encouraged to adopt sustainable practices aligned with recognized environmental management standards.

  • Comply with applicable environmental laws and regulations
  • Manage waste, emissions, and hazardous materials responsibly
  • Promote responsible use of energy, water, and natural resources
  • Support continuous improvement in environmental performance

05 — Integrity

Ethical Business Practices

Suppliers must conduct business with integrity and transparency. Suppliers must not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices in dealings with Benchmark Gensuite.

  • Prohibit bribery, corruption, extortion, and facilitation payments
  • Comply with applicable anti-corruption laws, including the U.S. FCPA and UK Bribery Act where applicable
  • Avoid actual or perceived conflicts of interest
  • Maintain accurate books, records, and internal controls
  • Compete fairly and comply with antitrust and competition laws

06 — Data & Security

Data Protection, Confidentiality, and Cybersecurity

As a global SaaS provider, Benchmark Gensuite places significant importance on data security and digital trust. Suppliers must not access, use, disclose, or retain Company data except as authorized.

  • Protect confidential, proprietary, and personal information
  • Comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws
  • Implement appropriate technical and organizational security controls
  • Promptly notify Benchmark Gensuite of any actual or suspected data breach involving Company information

07 — Technology

Responsible Technology and AI Use

Where Suppliers utilize artificial intelligence or automated technologies in support of services provided to Benchmark Gensuite, they must maintain appropriate controls to ensure accuracy and integrity.

  • Use such technologies lawfully and responsibly
  • Protect confidential and personal data
  • Avoid unauthorized disclosure of Company or client information

08 — Supply Chain

Supply Chain Responsibility
Suppliers are expected to apply these standards within their own supply chains and subcontractors. Suppliers should take corrective action where violations are identified.
  • Conduct appropriate due diligence on material subcontractors
  • Address significant risks related to labor, human rights, corruption, or environmental harm
  • Take corrective action where violations are identified

09 — Reporting

Reporting and Non-Retaliation

Suppliers must foster a culture of ethical reporting and must promptly notify Benchmark Gensuite of significant violations of this Code that may impact the Company.

  • Encourage a culture of ethical reporting
  • Prohibit retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith
  • Promptly notify Benchmark Gensuite of significant violations of this Code that may impact the Company

10 — Monitoring

Compliance Monitoring

Benchmark Gensuite reserves the right to evaluate supplier compliance and to require corrective action where material deficiencies are identified. Failure to comply with this Code may result in corrective action, up to and including termination of the business relationship.

  • Request reasonable information demonstrating compliance with this Code
  • Evaluate Supplier compliance through risk-based review processes
  • Require corrective action plans where material deficiencies are identified

A living commitment, not a static document

This Global Supplier Code of Conduct is reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements, international standards, and stakeholder expectations.

It has been approved by Executive Leadership at Benchmark Digital Partners LLC, doing business as Benchmark Gensuite. Suppliers who have questions about this Code or its application are welcome to reach out through their primary Benchmark Gensuite contact.
