The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. More than 2,300 nominees in 51 countries from organizations of all industries and sizes were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by averaging the scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide on eight specialized judging committees. Recognizing organizations for their remote customer service innovations due to COVID-19, judges described Benchmark ESG®’s Pandemic Risk Management solution as a comprehensive, quick, and actionable response to the pandemic.
