What a great few days at HSE Excellence Europe Forum 2026.
It was a pleasure to be there alongside Stephanie Haines, Xavier Puyaubreau, and Valeria Arellano Lombana, and to connect with so many peers across the industry.
The conversations throughout the event were both practical and forward-looking, especially around how organisations are applying AI and data to improve safety performance.
A few themes came up consistently:

• A clear focus on turning strategy into measurable outcomes
