This week marked an exciting milestone for our Benchmark Gensuite Bangalore office as we hosted the 2026 Agentic AI Hackathon to explore how we can advance our platform with cohesive agents that understand intent, orchestrate tools, and act on behalf of users across the world of our solutions platform and global teams.
With 6 teams comprising 60+ global team members who journeyed in from India, the U.S., and Mexico, we kicked things off with perspectives from our executive team – R Mukund, Naveen GV, Vijay Alluru, and Bonita Murillo.
The challenge here wasn’t to pitch ideas, it was to build working agents.
Each team started with a specific problem statement and built solutions across areas like analytics, customer success, permissions, and internal operations. By the end of the week, teams demonstrated live POCs that were evaluated using a formal rubric focusing on working agents, true agentic experience, and time to go-live.
What stood out most was the collaboration across teams, the rapid problem-solving, and the incredible developer energy throughout the week.
