EHS services market this budget already exists in

The old choice was never a good one.

EHS leaders are stuck choosing between two bad options: hire more headcount they can’t get budget for, or bring in consultants who parachute in, bill by the hour, and take the institutional knowledge with them when they leave. Meanwhile the routine work — data entry, tracking, drafting — eats the hours that should go to judgment calls only a human can make.

Strategic leaders use AI to make their EHS team more valuable than ever, rather than to merely to shrink the team

Open roles

Every agent below is live today, already doing this job inside the platform. No onboarding runway, no ramp time — they start the day you activate them.

Department: EHS

Type: Full-time

Location: Embedded in your platform

Start date: Today

About the role: You’re looking for someone to own permit and certification deadlines across every site — no missed renewals, no lapsed authorizations, no last-minute scrambles before an audit.

WHAT THEY WILL DO

  • Track permit renewals, certification expirations, and regulatory filing dates across all locations
  • Flag anything approaching deadline before it becomes a violation
  • Keep a single, always-current view of permit status across the organization
  • Coordinate with site leaders to close gaps before they’re findings

WHAT THEY WILL BRING

  • Meticulous attention to dates and detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines across dozens or hundreds of sites at once
  • Zero tolerance for a missed renewal

Reports to: Your EHS team, who now get to focus on the sites, not the spreadsheet.

About the role: You’re looking for someone to own Safety Data Sheet accuracy and hazard communication compliance across the full chemical inventory — so anyone on the floor can get the right answer about what’s in a container, immediately.

WHAT THEY WILL DO

  • Maintain and organize SDS records across every site and every chemical in use
  • Keep hazard classifications and labeling current with the latest data
  • Respond instantly to “what’s in this container” and similar hazard questions
  • Support HAZCOM audits with a fully current, organized record set

WHAT THEY WILL BRING

  • Deep fluency in SDS formats and hazard communication standards
  • Zero tolerance for outdated or missing data
  • Comfort managing a high-volume, constantly-updating inventory

Reports to: Whoever used to spend Friday afternoons chasing this down.

About the role: You’re looking for an analyst to make sense of the safety data our organization already collects — near misses, observation trends, inspection findings, corrective action closure rates — and turn it into an early warning system. This isn’t a reporting job. It’s a pattern-recognition job: spotting the leading indicators that predict where an incident is likely to happen before it does, and getting that insight in front of the people who can act on it.

WHAT THEY WILL DO

  • Continuously monitor safety and compliance data across every site for emerging risk patterns
  • Correlate near-miss reports, observation data, and inspection history to identify leading indicators, not just lagging ones
  • Flag elevated-risk locations, crews, or conditions to EHS leadership before they become incidents
  • Build and maintain trend views that make risk visible at a glance, not buried in a spreadsheet
  • Support root-cause analysis with data pulled and organized in minutes, not days

WHAT THEY WILL BRING

  • Comfort working across large, messy, multi-site datasets
  • No fatigue, no backlog, no missed pattern — availability around the clock
  • Zero bias in how the data gets read

Reports to: Your EHS leadership team, who now spend their time acting on the signal instead of digging for it.
