GDPR Article 28 Statement

Benchmark requires all sub-processors to process personal data only on documented instructions, implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, ensure confidentiality, and assist with GDPR compliance obligations.

Updates & Notification

Benchmark Digital Partners will notify Customers of any intended addition or replacement of a Sub-processor by (i) sending an email to the Customer contact designated for privacy notices, and/or (ii) posting an update on Benchmark’s publicly available Sub-processor webpage. The notification will include the name of the Sub-processor, a description of the services it provides, and the categories of Personal Data it will Process. Updates posted to the Sub-processor webpage shall be deemed sufficient notice unless the parties have expressly agreed in writing to an alternative notice method.
