What's Next?
Tracking our greenhouse gas footprint year over year gives us greater visibility into the environmental impacts associated with our operations and value chain. Our 2025 results build on the reporting practices established in previous years while helping us maintain a consistent foundation for evaluating future performance.
As our business and global operations evolve, we will continue looking for opportunities to strengthen our data, refine our reporting practices, and identify meaningful ways to reduce environmental impact.
Our approach to sustainability is centered on measurable progress, transparency, and continuous improvement. The insights gained through our annual GHG accounting help inform our priorities and provide a clearer picture of where we can continue making progress.

Measuring Our Impact
Our 2025 emissions calculation methodology follows a consistent approach in previous years, supporting meaningful year-over-year comparison while incorporating updated emissions factors where applicable.
For U.S. locations, Scope 2 location-based emissions calculations use factors from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Emissions & Generation Resource Integrated Database (eGRID), using the 2025 release. International locations use country-specific emissions factors from the International Energy Agency’s 2025 release.
For U.S. offices, the applicable eGRID factor is determined using each location’s postal code. International offices are assigned the appropriate IEA emissions factor based on the country in which the location operates.
Where available, actual utility consumption data is used to calculate Scope 2 emissions. For certain leased offices where utility data is unavailable, including Cincinnati and London, electricity consumption is estimated using office square footage and average kWh/ft² intensity benchmarks from the Commercial Buildings Energy Consumption Survey (CBECS).
These consumption figures are then managed within the Benchmark Gensuite® Sustainability Reporting solution, where the applicable emissions factors are used to calculate the estimated Scope 2 footprint.
